Converting Obj models to Xfbin? Naruto Storm Revolution

Does anyone or can anyone make a tool to convert existing 3D obj files to ones usuable in Storm Revolution? Essentially Obj to XFBIN.

Do you know both of the file structures or can you provide two files that we can work with ? the 3d obj file and a XFBIN.. unless you know struct.
