Hello,

I've been looking to extract and convert the assets from Yu-Gi-Oh! DOR for a long time, finally after some research I came across QuickBMS, this site and the post/tutorial related to it from the old ps23dformat forum, after some digging around with the archive and backups of the site I finally got some models extracted but since the script was unfinished and I'm new to all of this I was wondering if someone could help me out to get the scripts working, at the moment they seem to produce a flatted 3ds model with all the vertex collapsed in a weird way, I've attached all the files that were originally on the wiki as well the tutorial itself, any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, being a little off topic, I've been looking into resources about RE file formats, It'll be great if anyone could point to some good starting point tutorials/articles, I do have a programming background but mostly web and would like to start out doing some learning on the topic.

So I did try the method you were trying but I had much better luck just manually ripping from the game. I found out a way to do it though if you wanted to try this method.
