Unpack/Repack Lost Ark .lpk files

I was able to unpack the .lpk files (data.lpk, font.lpk, etc..) for Lost Ark Online. However, how do I repack the extracted files back to an .lpk file? I was using the lpkpack.exe for the unpack. The tool said it's got a repack function ("lpkpack.exe input.lpk -p"), however, I was never able to get it to work.
