That NVP file is a container.
It contains 3 compressed files without any additional information, therefore these information are located in an index file.
Usually index files have the same name of the container and a different extension, maybe Texture_01.idx or similar.

Ok the 00 files are those with the information but it's encrypted or obfuscated, so nothing to do at the moment.
Anyway most of the files are compressed so you can use offzip -a for dumping them.
