Entirety of the game data is stored in a single data.img archive. Admittedly, I'm not versed in the game archives but so far I haven't seen a header like this one has.
I'd be infinitely grateful if someone could take a look at it.

Now that you mention it... it is indeed appears to be laid out like an image of sorts. If nothing else, it looks like it should be relatively doable to utilise only the hex editor to dump and replace the audio and video files, at least with the downsampled ones.
