I guess it's something more appropriate for the Audio section, or there are also other non-music files like them?
Basically these files contain an initial part of data of 0x36 bytes and then the main data but it's not compressed with zlib/deflate and there are no fields that demonstrate an uncompressed size.
They are strange.

Ok, I guess it's just obfuscated/encrypted but it's not possible to guess algorithm and key from the files.
