I dont understand.I drag and drop the folder "Pack (data.vis)" it's repack but this time data.vis file isn't open.Can you help me.How can i repack data.vis can you explain me please

Edit: I did it.I repack data.vis files.But unpakke is wrong packing.I don't understand can anyone help me?
