These are a pair of Unity files. Download AssetStudio from here:
https://github.com/Perfare/AssetStudio/releases

You can probably put all the music files into the same folder, and just use the "File > Load Folder" option to load them all in. You will be able to see all the exportable audio files under the "Asset List" tab in the program, and the type will be "AudioClip".
