I made a texture tool for EA's NHL titles for Xbox 360.
This program patch textures from tga source to rx2 and compress/decompress it to chunklzx format with quickbms.exe.
It basically create xpr file with Resource Bundler Tool and convert xpr to rx2 file.

Thanks! The tool isn't complete yet. It doesn't support for example skate or def jam textures yet but maybe does in next version. On the other hand you already have a great tool for skate. There is full support for NHL games now except for xbox 360 texture untiling. I think Noesis is a great tool for exporting textures.

V.1.3
- Fixed a bug compressing/decompressing rx2 files.
- Fixed high resolution display problem -> widget set response when expanding main window.
- Added rx2 support for Skate 3 and Def Jam textures (not tested for full support).
