I've already tried the existing png of this game but it didn't work.

The sign seem :DHGAMES
Using the IDA found the key:DHZAMES or 0123456789abcdef
but it didn't work.

Neither of those are the key, the GHZAMES is used after the decryption function as a secondary check for operations and 0123456789abcdef is used in a binary to hey utility class. That said though working with IDA isn't really my thing sadly and I don't debug mobile games.
