I don't have Tales from the Borderlands myself but I can help point you in the proper direction. Look up Telltale Tools, Telltale Games Tools or TTG Tools. People have been using those to extract and modify files from Telltale's games for a while, including more recent games like The Walking Dead, so it probably works for TftBL too.
