I unpacked the game and I found .locres files from Localization folder

MenuLocalizations.locres

VoliceLocalizations.locres

I used Unreal Engine 4 export tool from
viewtopic.php?t=1022

I tried Unreal Engine 4 .locrese (Text tool by swuforce)

But it doesn't work

If you have the latest ue4 .locres export tool

Please let me know

But I downloaded new .locres UE4 Tool and The file is empty
Did I miss something?

Your antivirus may be blocking it. Try downloading it with antivirus disabled.
