Is there a tool or script for .irarc and .bigrp files?

Both contain graphics stuff in my opinion.
bigrp is a sequence of zlib compressed data, there is some header and info at the beginning but it's easier if you use offzip.
irarc is more complicated

Only offzip on bigrp but no idea about the content and meaning.
