Could anyone take a look at these files from Spider-Man Web of Shadows for the pc and see if there could be a way to extract them?

I had seen like one thing on this file type somewhere else, but the thread got off topic and no solution was found.

With TOC is meant the part of the archive where are located information about the archived files (name, offset, size and so on).

What a mess of toc...
I can see the constant 0x12345678 ("\x78\x56\x34\x12") in the pcpack files.
Probably there is some sort of compression applied in the small header of the pckpack files and also on the archived files because the location of the constant changes from 0x36 to 0x37 in some of the provided samples.
Anyway I prefer to stay away from this chaos
