need help on extracting file from Universal Century Gundam Online file extraction(rfi rfp) and .dat file

here comes a very old gundam MMORPG files.
Trying to extract the following files which are encrypted or packed in rfi rfp file stuff
someone got an idea on these?

There were some QuickBMS scripts but for some reason it not working for the file above and down here has the scriptsome test example:

Error for file:incomplete input file number 0,can't readt 4 bytes.
Can someone fix the error?

Also,someone know what are the .dat folder are what format and what used to open?
