This file is an xar archive and can be decompressed with 7-zip, but only the first file can be decompressed.

In the under header, there is also information on the file name, and you can see that it contains multiple files.
These are brres animation files. There is an excellent animation, so I'd be happy if it could be decompressed.

very sorry, I solved.
These files had the magic word BZh9. It can be decompressed with 7-Zip by splitting.
An error message appears, but there is no problem.

Hi.
did you extract all files from .XAR files?
I tried your method in .XAR files which exist in other games but only extracted several files.
what is your split volumes?
