Very easy, run reimport2.bat instead of quickbms.exe and select the SAME files and folders you selected during extraction.

Nothing else to explain, just that easy.

The extracted bms is rezmgr.bms and nothing appears when rezmgr.bms is used for reimport2
Which bms should I use? If you try all 3 rez bms
rez.bms , rezmgr.bms , rezpack.bms

Probably there is a misunderstanding.
You can NOT create the rez file.
The only thing you can do is putting the extracted files back in the original rez file, this is what is done by reimport2.bat and there is no other way to tell you "how" to use it since it's already easy and explained before.
