Not sure if someone can help me a bit here, looking at the files from Zenkoku dekotora Matsuri i found one of the files that are compressed in the original .ppc file(pack compressed)

here both compressed and uncompressed plus part of the original header where the compressed file is located, the file is "b000000.brres"

can somebody help me do a bms script or at least give me some hints how to proceed?
