I've searched the forums for every possible BMS script I can find for games made by TK, but none of them work with these particular .bin files. Hyrule Warriors, arslan, etc
I've also tried manually extracting without any success.

If anyone could provide direction, I've attached a couple of these files. Thank you

The provided bin files have different formats so it's not possible to make an extractor.
Basically it depends by what type of data you want to read/edit in these files, using a hex editor may be a starting point.
