I doubt anyone will download a 2.3GB file...
You can upload just the 2 files obtained by running the following quickbms script on DATA.BIN:

That BIN file may just be a container. Information about the archived files may be in another small file called DATA.IDX or a different extension.

DATA.BIN is body file which contains MultiStream and other files
DIR.BIN is head file which contains crypted info?

Also similar to Super Soldier (360), but with splitted files.
