New Idea Factory/Compile Heart Game File Extraction Need Help

Hello,

Somewhere after 2018, Idea Factory/Compile Heart changed the encryption type of their game files for good, from .pac and .cl3 files to .dat files. Since .dat is a really ambiguous file type I tried every script available on the quickbms site related to .dat files but none of them worked. Can somebody help me with a new script to extract these game files? Here are some gdrive links to examples (these are from Dragon Star Varnir):
