Hello!
Please, can someone help me to decrypt game's .GGI files like this one (link)? I need this because these files contain some text data, which I need to translate the game. I will be very grateful for any help.

If someone is interested, the magic at the beginning is "NECS".
It's a resource file so the format may be a bit messy to parse and the real data inside is very limited (there are references to .png files but without any image).
