It's a boring format that uses dynamic fiels so it requires time.
Offzip works perfectly, the only negative side is the lack of filenames.

It's a command-line tool, in this case the full command is:
offzip -a -z -15 -Q c:\PATH\FILE.sogp c:\PATH\OUTPUT_FOLDER 0
