Hi,

I've noticed that the latest version of the QuickBMS TT Games .DAT archive extraction script seems to be having a number of issues working with the files of 2017's LEGO City Undercover. While I can't find the specific version, I know that past versions of the scripts have worked flawlessly with the game. Specific errors include folders being excluded, file crc errors, and on GAME8.DAT, a 65% file extraction success rate. I've included a couple example archive files, which I hope will help in solving these issues. (Files can be found HERE)

Thanks!

Try using QuickBMS 4 GB on the latest TT Games script.

I've just tried this. Unfortunately, the results appear to be even worse, with the extracted files being filled with incorrect data from other files.

Try using an older version of the script.

I've investigated this. Unfortunately, there's not a good archive of script versions, and the backups I've tried using have all seem to suffer from the same issues with incomplete extraction from GAME8.DAT.

If it's the audio files you are after, try extracting everything up to Game7.dat and see what it can produce.

I'm not after the audio files. I'm working on getting the game to run with the extracted files (which I've done before.) To do this, it is necessary to get all the files extracted correctly.

May I know what's the problem you are experiencing?
I have tested the provided GAME8.DAT and the 927 extracted files look perfect in their content.
