Hello guys, I got my hand on some STX files from Jump Force and I was wondering if someone would be able to make a tool to edit them, they sem to be in unicode with some indexes and the beggining.
What I would like to be able to do is just edit the text strings without size limitation and be able to add new strings.

Here's an attachment with samples and a mini explanation of the files. (they are kind of simple)
