You can try the command-line option -. but I don't know if it's going to work, the chances are really few.
If you don't know how to do it, open reimport.bat (or reimport2.bat, depends by what you used) with a text editor (notepad) and add -. like:

quickbms.exe -G -w -r -.

Agains, I doubt the result will work but try if you want.
