Probably this game uses custom file formats like most of the games for console.
Take a look at the other topics, maybe there are information about how to convert/open/view some of these extracted files.
I also highly suggest you to open them with a hex editor for checking if there are known strings used in some formats and that you can use as keywords on Google.
