Is there any kind of script to extract .bin files?

Here's a sample compressed by filecutter script from below.

http://aluigi.org/bms/dissidia.bms That appears to at least be part of it.

I got nothing but LINKDATA.dat extracted from .bin file.
Do you have any other kind of program or script in mind?

It's hard to tell w/ the file cutter, looking at the first segment those 32 segments are the only thing from the first header. After that it appears the file uses alignment to some block length from what i can see probably 256 bytes and puts a basic header that consist of (int) 1, (int) 12, length of segment, count for files and another sets of offsets and repeats over and over, from what i can see though with the 2 cuts the original names aren't in this file just the data not sure if they're in another file or just not included.

Edit: Not sure how to edit the quickbms properly but did write something quick to try to do the rest of the files, can let me know if it works. Also only file types I saw were XL and Ogg so all others will get marked as unk, sadly I don't have a list of sigs to use like quickbms sadly.

Small edits, included example on how to extract data from one of the XL types. It appears they house different types of info the included example is for type 1 with 4 byte offset tables to extract string data.

I tried to extract the bin file thanks to your program, LokiReborn.

You'll need to post the file for me to see then, from what I can see in the file cutter it should work. Throw the full file up on mega or something

Edit: I found a copy of the file, I'll take a look, you don't have to worry about uploading it. Still going to be an hour or so before the download finishes so I'll review it then. Also didn't realize the file was 12 GB. I'll try to add some stuff to optimize the extraction so it's faster and supports canceling etc.

Honestly this game is kind of annoying to work with. There are no names and the way it works with the data is entirely inconsistent (some times there are headers and other times there aren't) The idx file specifies the lengths of the segments, offsets, and if the data is compressed. Sadly the compressed data still have unique headers and there is a lot of alignments etc. throughout it. I added some of it recusing and actually splitting each file etc. but even doing all of that you still have the xl file types which are yet another type of archive with different types of data inside of them ... so don't think I'm going to really go crazy with it sorry. I did add a second button to just split the file by the sections (there are over 8k) and I did tag the ktsr and ktsc, if you're just going after some textures and sounds you'll find them in those I believe however like I said it's archives in archives with this game.

You should be able to use those with https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=21679&p=159434&hilit=ktsc#p159434 to possibly extract some stuff but like I said I got a bit fed up with the file sorry
