Hej ... I have written my question in the "XENTAX" Forum and I asume that it is similar to there forum ... isNt it???

here my short question: what kind of 3d modell is behind that link:

I want to open it in 3ds max or blender ... I doNt intend to steal the 3d datas ... I will design my own suburban model ...
but I need a few sights more ...
