Sorry for ressurecting the topic, but it think the script is wrong. I extracted talk_z1.bin and the output is almost the same file with some data in the begining:

I friend of mine wondered if the compression is LZSS instead of LZ77Wii/LZ77 since its a port of the Nintendo DS version.
