So, I tried to extract .xp3 files using a program by xmoeproject called KrkrExtract, but I got no results.
Do you guys know or have some script?

There is a small header with string "XP3\r\n \n\x1a" and then a sequence of png and ogg files without any information about their offset, size and name.
Do you have other files with the same name and different extension? like voice.idx

The game didn't have idx files. But sig files. Sorry.

sig is for the digital signature.
Anyway it looks like the nekopara script does the job:
