I've tried to run the algoritms and checked the dumps with hex editor but with no success.

this are the files i try to unpack

it's from a game called Project entropia from 2003-2004
i know there are a script for the newer version of the game called entropia universe, but that does not work for me.
this files are long before the new graphics was introduced in the new version.

I really appreciate if someone can help me on this.

This is not the section for requests about games, anyway the ark files of this Project entropia game are just a custom zip so you can use this script:
