Is it possible to extract sprites, and/or models from these archives?

I am interested to know how the encryption works, and if it is possible to extract things from these archives listed below. I am looking for a script, tool, and/or extractor for the .MRG file format.

PICTURE.MRG is a sequence of "RH2" files (probably a container for a known format of images) without any information aboure the archived files.
Do you have other files with same name and different extension? like PICTURE.idx or similar
