Have you already checked the many topics on this forum about uasset, uexp and ufont files?
I guess it's a job for umodel but others may help you better.

i search this forum for Hours
but cant find anything useful

and i check umodel too But that program also failed to open file

Those .ufont files are just ttf/otf files. You can replace them with any truetype/opentype ttf/otf font files.
