the .pab has to be the 3d models, having the information in the file which contains the vertex, UV, normals, texture, animation, and other file data within a pab file.

The only fields I see in the small header is:
32bit ??? 6 or 2
32bit offset
32bit size

The PAR file is located at different offsets in the samples.
Not really archives as far as I can see.
