That just game-ini subtitle file. Where is the menu and weapons upgrades subtitle file? Do you know? We translated, but it just stayed menu and weapons upgrades subtitles.

Using GCFScrape, open the vpk001_dir.vpk, and extract the folder root/panorama/localization/

There are some txt files inside.

You can just create a localization folder into hlvr/panorama/ folder of the game installation, the game will load the file into the folder before the one into the vpk.

So:
-Download GCFScrape
-Open hlvr/vpk001_dir.vpk
-Extract the "root/panorama/localization" folder
-Copy the extracted localization folder into game/hlvr/panorama
-Just edit the file.

Done.
