I tried extract files from archive DATA.PAK using a midtown_madness_2_zip.bms, but it extracted only the first file - BG000.DAT_.?(??? )?
Can you help me extract all files?

I guess it's just a normal ZIP file.

If you have problems with your ZIP software (7zip, Winrar and so on), you can try the following scripts made for custom zip formats:
http://aluigi.org/bms/zip.bms
or
http://aluigi.org/bms/zip2.bms

I tried all bms scripts with header PK, it doesn't worked. Winrar doesn't see files.
