the hex editor screenshot you posted ..
i can see the PK zip header at the beginning of the file.
it's clearly a zip of some sort, try using offzip on these files.
while not ideal, multiextractor was able to find an mp3 file and 200 PNG files on the data4 bin file.

Sorry, I am very busy these days, I do n't know what format the model is, only the texture can see, how to identify them in the research, still in the research.
You can download my bin file and use bms to export many source files. Can you try to see if it can be unpacked?
