This one comes from the obscure Japanese-only PC port of the game. Figured it was worth looking into just considering while the graphics are reused in Mr. Driller G on the PS1, I'm having trouble getting any good ripping results with that. Compression is clearly different than MD1, I tried the script I used on the previous game and it didn't work here.
