Yes, the developer & publisher is Codemasters, yes I've tried the http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers/bms/codemasters_nefs.bms script already existing, no it does not work. The format must of been updated, it doesn't even look like a header exists anymore from what I can tell.

Interesting.

Decrypt the file with this script:
http://aluigi.org/papers/bms/others/toyboxturbos.bms

Then update codemasters_nefs.bms to version 0.1.1 and use it on the decrypted file.
