How to open npk file

Hello, I have problems to open Totono with npk files.When I looked at the binary code it shows me that it is in npk3 format.Can somebody help me?Thanks.

Dears, thanks for your quick response.Here are some of the Totono files from the directory becouse I wasn't able upload it with npk extension.And photo in hexadecimal numbers.

Ok so NPK3 is encrypted like NPK2 (but probably different format and keys), I was hoping it was just a compression but I was wrong.
