The archived files are in clear-text but I suppose the table with the information (offset, size and maybe name) is obfuscated at the end of the archive.
You can dump the files with a ripper:
viewtopic.php?f=17&t=712

Magic of the archive: "fs" "\xbc\xaf\x27\x1c"
