Somewhere between offsets 04-1F (hex) probably exists the information about the data following.
Image data starts at: offset 20 (hex)
No closure exists. It looks to be one image per file.

One bit of imagery data is worth 10 (hex) bytes of data, always starting in FF FF followed by 6 bytes of 0, with the remaining bytes being the information (like color and whatever else) in the image before starting a new line of imagery data.


There isn't really much more to be said.
