It's not a "strange file", it's a NSIS NullSoft Installer ("NullsoftInst").
It should be supported by 7zip and probably others.
Please remember to write the name of the software next time.

I tried using 7zip to extract update from fifa online 4 and I got this, but I don't know what to do next

The sample you provided had some files compressed with lzma (probably part of the installer), followed by additional content that I didn't check.

Thanks for answering master, but how to use this, I have never used nsis installer, and I see it needs a script. I know that there must stuff with updates
