Apparently the ARC extractor won't work on the GameCube version's ARC files.

error is

10 log NAME OFFSET SIZE

There are 2 scripts in that thread, but none of them corresponds to the result you have.
over_the_hedge.bms gives an error at line 68 (not 10) while the nitro_archive one doesn't even have a corresponding signature.

Anyway I decided to take a look at the archive and it's really a mess.
I have tried to make something for extracting the data but there is for sure more work to do (I don't think I will continue on it):
