[Solved] Can't Extract Audio .bin File For Disney Bolt

Disney bolt uses FMOD for it's audio and the file formats are fev and fsb which I have no issue extracting. There's this one file that is in the sound folder in .bin format that's 18.1 kb.

For some reason this file does not want to open even when I change the extension to something else. You would think it's a fev file but it isn't. The hex starts with a bunch of zeros and the binary data does not help me on what it is. The hex for fev and fsb is the same as the format but with a certain number.

Everything in the folder contains audio and this one should to. Can anyone help me out with this.
