1) Unpack file with Unity Assets Bundle Extractor
2) Export unpacked file with UABE
3) Drag and drop exported file to Decrypt.exe
4) Open decrypted file with UABE

Excuse me, I tried your method, unfortunately, UABE(AssetsBundleExtractor_2.2stabled_64bit) can't load the decrypted file(It crashed). I used Hex editor to open the decrypted file, maybe the difference between decrypted file and original file is the header "UnityFS". So can you give me some help?
What I got from the decrypt1.exe are in the attachment.

Open "123" file with UABE, export new file, decrypt...
