New to extracting stuff. Can't figure out what file to choose.

Have no idea what file to choose to extract audio. Tried choosing mono but it either creates a complete copy of the file, just with "decrypt" on the end or either it has errors. Sorry if im being stupid here, just new to datamining.
Tried to attach a "resources.assets" file. Didn't work. Basically what i want is to extract a unity game called crisis response. Haven't found any scripts on it in quickbms. Watched a tutorial but there is no particular "game data" file, there is a lot of them. I apologize for my knowledge (or lack thereof) but i really need those audio files : (

"resources.assets" is Unity stuff so I suppose you want to use one of these tools:
