Hello fellow VGM rippers (and coders of course!), I'll really appreciate your help with unpacking this type of an archive.
I discovered that contents of most *.HOG files can be extracted with a GUI program, Game Extractor but, sadly, it can't process one archive, the biggest of them all & actually the one I need to get unpacked the most.

I uploaded a 16 MB cut from that huge file (ZMOVIES.HOG), another 16 MB cut from MUSIC.HOG & finally 2 smaller archives, SNDVAG.HOG SND.HOG (I didn't think those required any cutting). I hope this is gonna be enough, if you need more or bigger samples don't hesitate to ask though.

I wrote this QuickBMS script a while ago - should work with all the .HOG archives.
