HCS64 thread, seems to have hit a dead end or stopped progress

Hello. I was hoping that someone would be able to help me extract the .OGG music files from both of these games. There's an HCS64 thread with some reading about it that may or may not help.

Data probably encrypted. Upload folders to other host like google drive.
